Create a pair of Blackbirds, Robins or Blue Tits, and hear more about these garden birds

Saturday 10 March
Mother’s Day wildflower secrets

Make your own special gift for Mother’s Day, based on beautiful Spring woodland wildflowers. Perfect gifts for a special person.

Saturday 24 March
Easter Hares

Make a stunning Easter decoration with the original symbol of Spring- our local Brown Hare – and eggs decorated with woodland wildflowers.

Saturday 5 May
May Crowns

Make a real May Crown to wear from fresh native tree leaves and paper tissue wildflowers.  Discover some of the traditional folklore of these plants and the ancient celebrations of May. Plus your chance to be part of May Day celebrations hosted by Wells Maltings.

Supported by Heritage Lottery Fund, we offer these workshops at the special price of only £2.50 per child. Each child must be accompanied by an adult, but the adult goes free. Book all four for just £7.50 – getting the fourth for free!

Each workshop runs from 10am to approximately 12noon, and will be held at the Gordon Barrett Memorial Hall, Wells Congregational Church, Clubbs Lane, Wells-next-the-Sea.
