RAG RUGGING 1 ~ BASICS AND BROOCHES
Rag rugging is a traditional craft which turns everyday scraps of fabric into beautiful and useful rugs and more. This is a one day workshop, the aim of which is to provide an introduction to the two main techniques: prodding and hooking, and use them to make rag rug brooches and other small items. No experience necessary. Suitable for adults.

RAG RUGGING 2 ~ START A RUG
Rag rugging is a traditional craft which turns everyday scraps of fabric into beautiful and useful rugs and more. This is a one day workshop, the aim of which is to get you started on making a full sized rug and give you the skills to go on and complete a professional looking piece. We will consider design issues unique to rag rugging, materials, their properties and how these may be used to effect, edging options, finishing and aftercare. You will need basic prodding and/or hooking skills. Suitable for adults.
