WHAT IS PARACISE

Paracise™ offers an entry point to the millions of people who would benefit physically and mentally from lower intensity exercise. Ideal for those who find regular fitness classes too demanding, or who haven’t exercised for a long time, or who are coming back from injury. It may be accessible to those with a wide range of health conditions such as arthritis, fibromyalgia, bad backs etc.

Paracise™ follow the same formula so wherever you attend a class you can be confident it will be low impact, low intensity and have no floor work

Over the last decade, Paracise™ has reached thousands of people worldwide, thanks to our fantastic team of dedicated instructors. Together, we’ve built not just a programme, but a community of movement, energy, and joy for those who prefer a more moderate pace of exercise.

As times change, so do ideas and communities—and moving with the times is vital. To continue growing and reaching even more people, we’re adding an exciting new option to our marketing.

The Paracise™ brand remains strong and central to everything we do. But we are now also offering the option to use Move More. This gives us greater flexibility to connect with more people and spread the message of gentle, life-enhancing movement.

How it works

Paracise™ remains the core brand – logo, identity, and recognition stay unchanged.
Move More is an additional option – not a replacement, but a flexible way to extend our messaging and outreach.
Visually, the Paracise™ logo stays untouched, with Move More added alongside, underneath, or as a sub-brand depending on context.
Flexible Usage – Sometimes you’ll see just Paracise™, sometimes Paracise™ with Move More, depending on the campaign.
