Kettlebell training

Beginner Kettlebell is an 8 week course open to men and women.

Kettlebell training is for anyone who:

  • Wants to build strength
  • Wants to learn something new, and a fun way to exercise
  • Wants to make friends within a local community
  • Runs, or does yoga, as this effective little tool compliments all kinds of different exercises.
  • Is keen to just come along and be trained by someone who has 15 years experience, regardless of their current fitness level.
  • Open to ALL, beginners or athletes.
  • Is open to having fun 😀
