Beginner Kettlebell is an 8 week course open to men and women.
Kettlebell training is for anyone who:
- Wants to build strength
- Wants to learn something new, and a fun way to exercise
- Wants to make friends within a local community
- Runs, or does yoga, as this effective little tool compliments all kinds of different exercises.
- Is keen to just come along and be trained by someone who has 15 years experience, regardless of their current fitness level.
- Open to ALL, beginners or athletes.
- Is open to having fun 😀
