Signal Fires: Stories from the East

An outdoor storytelling performance by firelight – our contribution to the national SIGNAL FIRES theatre and storytelling initiative with our close partners fEAST Theatre.
In this socially distanced, Covid-safe, outdoor show 7 actors from fEAST will perform songs and scenes from several of their best known shows and offer a glimpse of some new yet-to-be-performed work. The performance will take us on a journey through time and place from Yarmouth beach in the early 19th Century to Cromer and Norwich before the First World War via a 1943 US airbase near Wroxham and a medieval legend from our mist-shrouded saltmarshes.
. Standing area only. Limited seating provided for audience members who might not be able to stand. Wheelchair and mobility scooter spaces provided – please advise when booking.
As this is an outdoor performance after dusk, please wear suitable clothing.
Please note that this performance features real fire (in contained form) and some flickering lighting effects.
