Jane has over 8 years’ experience teaching Pilates. She specialises in pre & post natal, GP referrals and all levels of Pilates from beginners to advanced.
This class is suited to people of any age, gender or ability. The focus of the class is to improve Core Strength, Spinal Health, Balance, Co-Ordination, Flexibility, Hip Mobility & Strength. This is achieved through a range of dynamic Pilates exercises, promoting an energising, relaxing & calm flow, whilst concentrating on breath control.
