    You are free to provide your own catering, but do ask us about our range of in house catering options.

    We can open our licensed bar (ground floor) for your event, free of charge when you’re hiring a space.

    Discounts available for regular bookings

    20% deposit charged at point of booking; balance due on the day of hire

    Chairs and tables included for simple layouts – talk to us about your requirements

    Simple technical set up (projection, AV etc) in Clore, Fourth Space and Kiln provided within the above rates. For more complex needs –

    Technical Support Community rate: £25 for up to 2 hours; £15 per hour thereafter

    Technical Support Commercial rate: £40 for up to 2 hours; £25 per hour thereafter
